This mitamisyi zone, Kyuso parish, where I stopped on my way to celebrate mass, when I found people struggle on this borehole to catch some water. So, it’s within my parish, 28 kilometers from the Parish!

This afternoon I visited this elderly Mom (in stick) to celebrate mass for her and give food assistance (corn & beans, and flour). I had taken with me two ladies and two men (some of our Christians to accompany me). After mass and handing over of the food stuff, the elderly granny (peninah kitulu) was very happy and she rose up to dance! She is 82 years and she has been sickly. We joined her in the dance; it was really an uplifting moment. Her elderly husband passed on 5 months ago and they are childless. Covid 19 has made it very , very difficult for such people to live. I feel good and happy in my heart for being able to reach out to her and give food stuff for such needy soul after being informed of her plight. I thank you 3AS who are my collaborators for your sacrifice and generosity.
